Hi,
Turn the laptop on. Immediately after the initial system POST (where you see
the manufacturer splash screen), begin tapping the F8 key to access the boot
menu. From the list, choose the last known good configuration. See if this
allows it to boot normally. If not, it's likely that you have hardware
damage and will require the employment of a good technician. If it's still
under warranty, contact the manufacturer.
