Hi,
They are remnants from malware that was on your system. The files have been
removed, probably by your AV software, but not the references that load
them. Click start, type "regedit" and hit <enter>, continue at the prompt.
Expand the branches to reach these keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Click on each in turn and check the right pane for a string that loads that
.dll file. Select it and delete it. Close the registry editor when
completed.
