Need Help w/ Profile - Locked Out. Pls.

So when I try to log into my profile, it says that the profile loader
application failed to load my profile. and thats all it says and i can't
bypass it in any way, i have to sign on to a different profile. And the
profile that's locked is my Administrator profile. Is there anything I can do?

Boot to "Safe Mode With Command Prompt" (press F8 on restart), and run the
command:

Net user administrator /active:yes

If this is the complete error message that you got

The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot b
loaded

then this tutorial will show you how to fix it
