I downloaded and installed Vista SP1 yesterday now today my Windows Update
says that I need to install SP1 as if it had never been done. My update
history says that I had a successful update. What gives?

You can click on Start > Control Panel > System. It will tell you if you are
running SP1. If not, you might give it a try again. I've had an installation
of SP1 say successful, but it didn't work. Had to install it again, and it
worked just fine the second time.

I didn't see SP1 listed anywhere in the System info so I'll try downloading
it again tomorrow. I'll see how it goes. Thanks.
