Is there an easy way for 2 users to have access to files (ie Word Files)
without keeping copies in both users?

Save the files somewhere on the hard drive that both users have permissions
to access and alter.

Save files in Vista Public Folders.

Go to Menu > Help and Support and enter public folders for more info.

Yes, sir. That's what the Public Folders are for. So all the users can share
files. Got that right.
