I am getting the blue screen with the error of
unmountable_boot_volume.

When I go into the recovery consel and try :

chkdsk /p
fixboot
fixmbr

it doesnt help. I get another error saying that there are
unrecoverable errors. Where do I go from here?

ultimately, you may
have to perform a
"repair windows" or
a "full reinstallation"
or "factory restore",
if the harddisk and
your file system were
not maintained and
tuned up on a regular
basis and it simply needs
to be wiped clean /formatted.

the other possible method
to use is perhaps buying
a secondary disk and adding
it to your current system and
install windows onto it.

then you can use that functional
operating system to "operate"
on the dysfunctional disk/o.s.
