pc suite via bluetooth won't work help needed please

i nave windows home xp2 and have installed nokia pc suite onto it,i can use
pc suite via leaded connection,but,not via bluetooth connection. i have tried
all different things but just keep getting this message"cannot use the
connection type.check that all the hardware,software and drivers are
available." this is very frustrating as bluetooth works no problem tranfering
pictures ect to my computer and to my printer via my computer.but it just
will not work when i try doing this with pc suite PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

Which Bluetooth protocol does your PC have? Bluetooth protocol is not
delivered with Nokia's PC Suite.

The latest PC Suite can use:

Microsoft's SP2 Bluetooth
Widcomm (Broadcom)
BlueSoleil (????) -- Very complex.

Toshiba (????)

I never "really" got BleSoleil's Bluetooth to work with PC Suite. I
have dumped BlueSoleil from my PC and let Microsoft's SP2 Bluetooth to
work with my Bluetooth "dongle" adapter. Fortunately, I only use PC
Suite so I can live with Microsoft's Bluetooth.

It seems that you can not have two adapters that used diffrerent
Bluetooth protocols. I have two and I have no problems with my
Widcomm (Broadcom) based one. I can not use the BlueSoloeil one with
the BlueSoleil protocol but the adapter can be seen by Microsoft's.
