My guess would be you use a router/modem that is restarting, and changing
the IP of your system. Pair this with sleep, or hibernate, and I could see a
need to 'reset' the TCP/IP assignment. you might try the commands 'ipconfig
/release' then 'ipconfig /renew'.
One other way to workaround it would be a 'static IP'

Problem:

1) With RJ45 cable. Locate a replacement.

2) Network adapter (RJ45 jack on PC.) Check for update drivers.

3) Network adapter (RJ45 jack) might have a "physical" hardware
problem. Consider getting a replacement adapter (or a USB to RJ45
adapter for testing.)

4) Router / modem is failing

Unfortunately, your problem is not a easy one to fix since the problem
is fixed each / every time yor disconnect / reconnect the RJ45
cable. You need to check every possibility.
