I have Windows XP SP2 Home Edition. I am about to purchase a new computer
to replace my old failing one. The new computer has a Vostro 200 E4500 Core
2 Duo Processor 2.20GHz, 800Mhz FSB, 2MB cache.
I have read somewhere that only Windows XP Professional can handle dual
processors.

Will my Home edition be able to take full advantage of the Processor in the
new computer?

I know about the out of office contact advantages of Windows Professional,
and I am not interested in those. It is just that I want to take full
advantage of the processing possibilities within the computer.

Although XP Home cannot utilize two separate CPU's

It will be able to utilize a dual-core CPU
