I update my system to XPP+SP3. Then I use the command "systeminfo" show my
machine's information. But it shows only one CPU in my Notebook. Where is my
second CPU?

What makes you think an update will have installed a 2nd cpu?

Your notebook? Laptop?

What is the make and model of your laptop?
Why are you 'expecting' more than one CPU?

If you have a dual core cpu
but device manager has only a single core CPU listed...
a dual core cpu is installed the same way any other device is handled...
simply opt to "update driver"
then select the proper dual core configuration from the list of devices.

I forgot the exact wording
but there should be a choice such as "multi-core processor"

Likely is that you don't have two processors. Likely is that you have a
dual core in ONE processor.
