User Account Clean up in Documents and Settings

I am the only one on my Windows XP home. I change my name three times in
account settings. Now I have programs, pictures, & files that will not run or
open.
All User, All User.Windows, Default User.Windows & Owner is now what I have
in Documents and Settings with different folders in each. Any help! Thank you.

Sorry, Yes my question is how do I make all programs, folders & files be
under only one user name? Also how do I get rid of the other files I created?

How can I make all folders & files work together? How do I make them work has
