Bless you a million times over. I went into Add or Remove Programs in the
Control Panel and looked at what updates I installed recently. I was able to
find the offending update, which happened to be one that was irrelevant to me
anyway. Once I uninstalled it and rebooted, my problem was gone. Thank you
very much.
