Before you get any angry replies, I would advise you repost this request and
provide some necessary information such as:
- the brand/model of printer you are using
- your operating system
- what action you took to set the printer to print in black only
- do you have a manual for the printer? what does it tell you?
- have you tried to set the printer to clean the cartridges and run a test
print?
