I would like to have separate windows open whenever I open a new web site.
For example, I would like to have Comcast and the New York Yankees site open
at the same time, in different windows.
Sometimes, and I don't have an idea what the criteria for the "sometimes"
is, IE will open separate windows; sometimes, it reuses the window.
Can someone tell me if this is an OE setting or if it depends on the web
site? And if it's an OE setting, I'd appreciate help with the settings.
