the message reads
No DLL Name Specified
usage regsvr [/u] [/s] [/i[:cmdline]]dll name
/u unregistered server
/s silent; display no message boxes
/i Call Dll Install passing it an optional [cmd line];when used with
/ u calls dll uninstall
/n do not call Dll Register Server; this option must be used with /i
