after installing SP3 I am unable to fully load windows. I get the screen
that asks what OS I am using. I choose Windows XP Home edition. Then it
goes to screen where there is choices like Safe Mode, Safe Mode Networking,
Last know good configuration, start windows normally. I am only able to go
to the safe modes. But what then...?? How do I fix this? Help! Why does
windows update recommend you to install this SP if there is issues?
