windows tax mgr start auto

IS there a way to have windows tax mgr start auto with a short cut in the
startup folder?

I cannot find the exe file.

What are you looking for? Is it the Task Manager? Taskmgr.exe

I was wanting to move TaskMgr from the Startup folder where I put it to
trouble shoot my Video / RAM / memory problems into Administrative Tools |
Services | to make it start AUTO.

I thought I may have to edit the registry to complete this task. But I
removed it and set up a scheduled task to start it at LOGON.
