Hi! I modified most of the parts...well, almost the whole computer, then I
re-installed the same OS of windows XP on the same computer but I can no
longer validate my registration of my OS. What could have gone wrong? Any
other options besides buying a new OS.

By the way, it can be checked that my previous registration with regards to
my previous OS installation is no longer active.

You don't need to register but you do need to activate. I assume that's what
you really mean. Start the activation process and take the option for
telephone activation. A phone number will appear - call it. Be patient and
get to the point where you talk to a human. Tell the human that your hard
drive died and s/he will activate Windows for you.
