TPnala Wallpaper

I found this inside my XP system, and did a search on Google, and
cannot quite understand if it's bad or good? Can anyone tell me if
it's safe to leave in there and just what it does?

If not, how do I get rid of it?

Uhhh, since my computer is an IBM Thinkpad, I suspect
this is part of the Thinkpad software. Am I right?
