Outlook Express is not a part of Windows Vista. The successor to OE is Windows
Mail.

Questions dealing with Windows Vista should be posted to the appropriate

The latest version of Outlook Express, the one that comes with Vista,
is now called "Windows Mail." Although it has some differences and
improvements, you'll find that it's much the same program.
