Iâ??m using XP with SP2.

I would like my browser to open every time I return from â??Hibernationâ??.

I put the browser shortcut in my Start Up folder but that works only when
returning from a â??restartâ?? or â??power upâ?? state. Is it possible to have a
program open automatically from â??Hibernationâ???

Thanks

I don't think so.
Hibernation
A state in which your computer shuts down after saving everything in memory
on your hard disk. When you bring your computer out of hibernation, all
programs and documents that were open are restored to your desktop.

Your browser should be open before hibernating.
