Got this "Hotfix" from Microsoft to solve an IE issue. This is a stupid
question, but when I get ready to unzip the file, it shows that it goes
directly to the c: drive. Shouldn't it be opened in an expanded link such as
c:/document/settings..ect???

please e-mail me at apollobarlows@yahoo.com

Sorry, no free email support. And now that you've posted your real, unmunged
email address on Usenet you can expect even more spam as the spambots pick
up your address. For the future:

To answer your question, no. The hotfix is going right where it should.
Either the installation of the hotfix will appear automatically after it
unpacks itself or you will go to the newly created directory and look first
for a ReadMe (instructions!) or for a setup.exe.

If you got this hotfix in an unsolicited email it is not from Microsoft, but
is malware of one sort or another.
