Administrator Login Disable

I added a new user form Adminstrator login then i made administrator login as
disable and new user as enable.
I logoff from the administrator user and then i Login by New user.

Now again when i need to login by administrator user the PC does not shows
the Administrator option it shows only new user option to login.

How do i enable the administrator option.

I tried to enable the administrator user using normal user login the error
shows "Access is denied"

When i tried this "Ctrl-Alt-Del twice at the login page, then login as
Administrator." the error shows "The Administrator account is disable,
Contact Administrator."

Please.......................... Help.........................
