Will remove them all. Isn't it sure that installing certificate services
doesn't have any affect of this (removing). I'm just little worried that if
delete the root certificate I still can make another.
The performance problem is now solved. I followed these instructions:

Then run CEICW again and created a new certificate again by CEICW. After
reboot the OWA was fast again.
