When making RWW connections, make sure that they check the Private =
Computer button at the first logon screen, this may alleviate the =
disconnect issue
You can also try https://secure.logmein.com/products/pro/
They have a free trial and that would let you check out whether it will =
solve the disconnect issue.

Hi Cris
Using the same program they are notified by sound and a visual prompt. =
I=20
have tried using RWW to let them connect into their own desktop which =
is the=20
ideal solution, however it seems to disconnect every so often which is =
no=20
good because the controller needs to be alerted to new jobs.
Maybe I should try a direct RDC connection into one of the =
workstations in=20
the hope that this would hold the connection better over long periods. =
I cant=20
see how this works because I thought RWW is effectively RDC with a =
nice=20
secure interface to access the network but I am probably wrong!
Thanks for your help.
