At one of my client sites, they were using a client image that had office
2003 (and later office 2007) pre-installed and configured. For that reason,
when they set up their SBS server (before I got there) they actively chose
NOT to install the outlook 2003 clientapp.
SBS SP1 tries to update this and, when it fails, it throws that. After
careful research and triple checking, I can tell you this error can be
ignored, but you'll want to be VERY careful and make sure that is indeed the
cause before simply ignoring it.
