Greetings,

After tremendous help from an earlier post two days ago, "Desperate", I can
now send email lighting fast but cannot receive any. I'm bypassing POP3 as
recommended by davidgold. If knowledgeable, would you comment on my current
MX settings. I've added on "exchange" based on help Article ID : 319426.Thank
you for your time.

Your MX records don't look entirely right. But the 'exchange' one does which
should be enough. You may want to fix the A record of mail.adf-framing.com,
it does not resolve to any IP.
When I send email to postmaster or administrator@adf-framing.com I get 'user
unknown'
What happens when you send email to yourself? What bounce-back message do
you get?
Looks like your almost home, you just need some exchange setting changed or
added.
Have you re-run the Configure Email and Internet Connection Wizard lately?

Hello David,

I am actually using one of the users I've setup, Felicia@adf-framing.com.
The error I receive is "Cannot find host name". I have double checked the
user name in the Control Panel of my ISP. Also, she is clearly setup as a
user with all permissions on the server.

Yes, I have run the wizard recently using two slightly different settings.
One Broadband and the second Broadband with static address. Still no luck.

Forget the ISP Control Panel.
Where exactly do you see that error? Doesn't sound like a bounce-back.
Does that user have felicia@adf-framing.com as one of the email addresses?
By that I mean open Server Management, click Users and dbl-click that user,
then click the Email Addresses tab. There should be a listing with type SMTP
and Address felicia@adf-framiong.com.
If there is then setup an Outlook account on some workstation for her (not
your SBS)and see what you get. I just sent something to that address and did
not get a bounce back (yet)

I just checked again, there is an SMTP account with Felicia@adf-framing.com.
I have a generic account with yahoo, compose an email and receive this
message:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<felicia@adf-framing.com>:
Sorry, I couldn't find any host by that name. (#4.1.2)
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too
long.

Thank you,

Well Rick you may have me at a loss. Go ahead and fix that A record for
mail.adf-framing.com. Let me ask you this, can you send from one user to
another inside your LAN?
IE from administrator@adf-framing.com to felicia@adf-framing.com?

When I do a SMTP test to your server I get this; (I x'd out your IP)

OK, connected to 2xx.xx.xx4.48...
< 220 adf-framing.com ESMTP
