Looking at my Outlook client I noticed that the Administrator account
was appearing and since we don't use it, I wanted to get it out of the
address list. I went into Server Management and selected "Hide from
Exchange address lists" under exchange advanced for the administrator
account.

Administrator still appears in the address list.

Anyone know why it isn't working, or am I doing something wrong?

Check in the address book using OWA. If it is NOT there, then it should
disappear from your regular Outlook users address book (using cache mode
with offline address book copies) within a couple of days.

If it still apears in the address book used by OWA, then post that back.

Don't forget to check in admin mailbox regularly or forward off the email to
another account.

Found the problem. Either wait 24 hours or force rebuild of Global
address book on server. If running cached outlook, users have to
restart.
