Are they printing using the SBS server as a print server? If so I'd upgrade
the driver on the SBS server. Use HP's new universal print driver, which
*finally* supports proper point-and-print from clients.

Oh great! Hopefully this will be easy but I sort of doubt it. Nothing makes a
line at my door like changing print drivers!
