We have an error on the Shadow Copies tab of all partitions on a Small
Business Server 2003 (SP1), the error shows an error code 0x8004230f.

This has happened since the restore of the server using Acronis Snap Deploy
software.

Due to the error the systemstate backup using NTBackup.exe or Symantec
Backup Exec fails.

Is there a fix for this?

You might try this. reregister VSS DLLs.
