Hi All,

To get SLL and push email to work, I changed a lot in IIS, and have
mucked up the initial RWW screen. My computer is on the internet via
an address (lets say www.mycomputer.co.uk). Whilst push email is not
working, and I can access pages like www.mycomputer.co.uk/exchange or
www.mycomputer.co.uk/remote, if I try the simple

www.mycomputer.co.uk

I get a 403 Forbidden error. What I used to get is a welcome screen
to SBS2003.

What IIS virtual directory is wrong?

Sorry - Editing to say "push email IS working". Its just the domain
top level that is now wrong.

You really shouldn't have had to do much to get push email working. Sounds
like you messed up the companyweb Virtual Directory. Without knowing what
you changed, it'll be tough to troubleshoot. But first things first, did
you change the iusr password?

No, no passwords changed. All that got changed was the authentication
modes (basic, trusted etc) of the VDs and SSL modes. Just need to
know realy, what VD is for the top directory.
