OWA runs perfectly on the server. The server is SBS 2003 Premium SP2.

Outside of the LAN, OWA runs fine except for two things.

FIRST: You can't open the contacts.

SECOND: When you click on send the window reloads to the Exchange main
page and the message is put in the Drafts folder.

What do I need to do that will fix it.

David.

OWA puts a new messages in the Drafts filder at the time you compose it,
it's different from Outlook that way.

What happens when you try to open Contacts?

Are these behaviors different "outside of the LAN" than they are inside the
LAN? What is different about how you connect outside versus inside the LAN.

If I remote to the server or if I am sitting at the server and I use
OWA, it works exactly as it is supposed to.

With OWA from my house to the office server, now when I click send, the
message just disappears.

I get this error message at the bottom left of the message composition
screen:

Line: 364

Char: 2
Error:'g_fLoadComplete' is undefined
Code: 0
URL: https://server.staconsulting.net/Exchange/Administrator/Drafts/?
Cmd=new

In OWA when I am creating a message and I click TO: it opens. If I put a
name in and hit find it gives "Unknown Error -2147467259".

No pop-up or AV issues. When I use OWA from a totally different company, it works perfectly on the exact same PC.

use OWA in basic mode. Both of those errors are activex issues, which is
completely a client-side issue...enhanced mode isn't able to run as
intended.

Such a behaviour cold occur if your entreprise firewall does not recognize
all webdav commands.

1. Are you using https
2. Could you give any explanation about firewalls between you (at home) and
the OWA server.
