I have 3 servers:

SER1 . PIV 3,2GHz. - 2Gb RAM - Windows 2003 STANDARD sp2 with ISA 2000,
EXCHANGE 2003, domain controler and Antivirus (PANDA SOFTWARE)

SER2. XEON quad 2GHz - 4Gb RAM . SCSCI RAID 5 - Windows 2003 STANDARD R2
sp2. with SQL SERVER 2005 EXPRESS edition and printer / fax server.

SER3. XEON dual 1.6GHz - 1GB RAM. Windows 2003 Web Edition sp2. (Web
server).

My idea is to adquiere a new server (XEON QUAD -SCSCI RAID 5) with Small
Bussines Server 2008 Premium: Domain controler, Antivirus Software, Exchange
2008.

I have questoins.
1. Is there any tool to migrate direcly roles from old SER1 (domain
controler and exchange structure)?
2. Can I use de SER2 to install the SQL SERVER 2008 (ofcourse, migrating the
current SQLexpress databases)?
3. Can I install ISA 2006 in new SER1? or with the new feauteres of
forefront is enoug? I need to grant acces to some pages to determinate
groups but deny to other groups.

Thanks for help

1) Since the product hasn't launched yet, there are still some unanswered
questions. But it can be safely assumed that migration will *not* be
automated. But there are already published migration documents. In your
case though, since you are consolidating roles, you may want to look at
performing a swing migration. The current swing migration can be adapted
easily enough, and I think I've heard rumors that Jeff Middleton will have
updated swing kits for 2k8.

2) That is how SBS premium is meant to be deployed. The premium edition
comes with a second license and SQL can be installed on that second server.

3) No, you cannot install ISA2k6 on SBS. ISA 2k6 is a 32-bit product and
SBS2k8 will be 64-bit. But beyond that, ISA 2k6 cannot be installed on
SBS2k3 either. So don't expect this to change. You may want to look at EBS
instead of SBS. It is inherently a three/four server product and the
premium version will include the successor to ISA that is installed on one
of the member servers. With EBS, you'll get the integrated management of
ISA with the wizards and a better overall experience.

Otherwise you can look at using SBS2k8 and install ISA on your third server.
Or purchase an ISA-based appliance. You just can't install ISA on the
primary SBS box. But you'll lose that tight integration and configuration.
You'll manage ISA as a stand-alone product.

1.) you can migrate from your current to SBS 2k8. The documentation only
speaks about migrating from SBS 2k3 at this point, but it wouldn't be hard
to deal with the differences on the fly as you worked through the process.
Certainly installing SBS 2008 into an existing Domain, and migrating the AD
and Exchange data is straightforward.

2.) If you buy SBS Premium, it includes a copy of Windows Server 2008
Standard. You can choose 32-bit or 64-bit for that, and you can use it to
host the included copy of SQL Server Standard. Or anythign else you want.
Only limitation is that it has to be part of the SBS network.

3.) ISA is not a part of the SBS story at all any more. You could certainly
leave your existing ISA in place, but it would be better, I think, to take
one of your existing servers, rebuild it from scratch, and install _just_
ISA 2k6 on it. Then insert the ISA server into the SBS network as the
firewall between your SBS network and the world. That's likely what I'll be
doing here. I like ISA, and I don't want to spend money on yet another piece
of hardware. So my old SBS box is becoming a huge WHS box (It will hold an
even dozen drives!), and my current WHS box will become the new ISA box.
(It's a cute little thing.)

Well.. if you buy SBS 2003 with SA RIGHT NOW before 10/31 you can grab
ISA 2006+ Win2k3 and then you will get forefront later. You cannot wait
to buy SBS 2008 though, you MUST buy SBS 2003+SA now to get this

True, ISA has to be on a separate box.
