I've done it - but with Virtual Server. The advantage to VS is that it's
designed to run in a Server environment, and it supports things like
autostart for the clients. The big problem is that SBS is already pretty
busy on most networks, and adding in one or more virtual machines pulls from
that limited resource pool. But it should be doable.
