I'm not sure how I should set up a calendar with only the trustee information
on it. I do not have Trustees as users. I was thinking up setting up a user
name trustee and allowing trustees to login to the remote webworkplace and
see calendar information, but I dont want them to have email. I just want
them to have access to a calendar and maybe a trustee intranet site. Is this
the wrong way to go about this? What is a good way to do this?

Thank you

You'd be better off doing this on Sharepoint
But they still have to be users on your system

Is there any way to have Trustees log on to the remote web workplace and view
calendars on the sharepoint (intranet) and not have email or be able to get
to OWA?

I think I want them to be alble to log on to Sharepoint site to view
different sites according to what their job is for instance if its a trustee
for finance they would be able to see the agenda and financials but not our
staff intranet site or other group information only their own. Is this
possible? I don't want them to get to OWA?

you can't do it throw RWW since they won't have access to the root =
companyweb site

You would have to make your Companyweb site publicaly available
You can create sub-sites of companyweb that only the trustee's would =
have access to.

And they have to be domain users, which means, buying CALs, and yes they =
would get email addresses initially but you can fix that, and you can =
disable OWA for them
