I'm about to perform a Transition Pack install on my SBS 2003 Premium
server. I have read all of the notes and I did verify the pre-tasks. My
SBS server registry does have the SmallBusiness key, which I will delete. I
do have
the SmallBusinessServer key, which I understand is okay. However, I also
have a SmallBusinessServer2000 key as this SBS server was upgraded years
back from SBS 2000 Premium to SBS 2003 Premium. Is this key okay to leave
alone? It appears to have all of the information related to SBS like
company name and address.

Thanks.

Ken

That key doesn't exist in an SBS 2003 environment that hasn't been through
an upgrade. I'd export the key, and then delete it. You can bring it back if
you need it for something, but it appears to not be required. And I'd
suggest removing it. But, as I said, export it first to a .REG file, just in
case.
