Thank you for posting here.
According to your description, I understand that you want to balance
Internet traffic thru multiple ISA 2004 servers. If I have misunderstood
the problem, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Based on my research, the ISA server 2004 integrated with SBS 2003 is the
Standard edition. The ISA server 2004 standard does not support traffic
balance or array. This is a function of ISA server 2004 enterprise edition.
