Dont have a mailbox of YOUR company in their server... WHY ?

If you want your name to appear in their GAL ( global address list ) set
yourself up as a 'contact' not a user.

Does this help ?

Don't quite understand what you are saying - why do i need a mailbox on
their server if i have one of my own...can't i just delete my mailbox from
their server and the mails should come to my adress.I just created my
mailbox on their server when i setup the server for test purposes

Do you have a user and mailbox on their server? If so then I would check
the email settings for the user, you will probably find that your company
email address is in there from when you were working there so u could pick
up your emails in one place?

I'm guessing you can find the answers in the users, email settings area for
ur user.

good luck.
