Running SBS 2003 Premium with a T1 connection.
=============
Our small non-profit is not ahppy with our current phone & voicemail system,
and I've been tasked to look into alternatives. I keep coming back to
Response Point, based on some blog entries I've read in teh SBS and SMB
world. It sems to be pretty good, but there must be some lessons learned
out there. Concerns I have are ROI, integration with T1 (I read a review of
RP dated Dec 2007 that said it wouldn't integrate well on T1, but SP1 might
fix that), who our "carrier" would be, etc. (I've never dealt with VoIP so
this is very new to me.)

Any comments out there?

There's a response point yahoo group that would be better to ask this in.

Mike,
Find a Response Point partner on MS web site,
http://microsoft.com/responsepoint, and ask about a demo in your environment.
