Server Management Wizards start, but then hang

Server Management Wizards start, then hang, returning an error:

Faulting application addusr.exe, version 5.2.2651.0, faulting module
unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x087300e8.

Windows Small Business Server2003

Service Pack 1 & 2 have been loaded.

I tried doing a clean boot and reloading Service Pack 1, but to no avail.

Just a guess... a DEP (Data Execution Prevention) issue

Dave,

Can you run the SBS 2003 Best Practices Analyzer (BPA) and see if you have
SBS 2003 SP1 installed.
You can download the SBS 2003 BPA from
