You have a couple of options but first you must make sure you don't violate
any EULA. If you bought your current server with SBS pre-installed, they you
most probably have an OEM version and it can not be transferred to the new
platform.
If the license you have is retail, they you can either go to
www.sbsmigration.com, get the material and follow the procedure, or follow
the steps outlined in the following link
http://technet2.microsoft.com/WindowsServerSolutions/SBS/en/library/62e2094e-ad4e-4227-b20e-97a716ed7c861033.mspx?mfr=true
There is one more option, which is to get an imaging software
(www.storagecraft.com), image your server and then do a hardware independent
restore to the new server.
You didn't say if your current server has any service pack installed. If
you are current with the SPs then you are good to go, if not, you'll have to
upgrade to SP1 and then SP2.
Hope this helps
