We are running SBS 2003 R2 (without ISA). We have a problem affecting only
one computer trying to connect to Remote Web Workplace from a location
outside our network. The user always receives the error message:
"vbscript: Remote Desktop Disconnected
The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections
might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new
connections. It is also possible that network problems are preventing your
connection. Please try connecting later. If the problem continues to occur
contact your administrator."

Remote Web Workplace runs perfectly for all other users on all other
computers from all other locations connecting to our network. The only
difference with the problem computer is that it is running Windows 2000
Professional, with which I am not familiar.

I would really appreciate it if someone could provide a checklist that I
could follow to ensure that this computer can connect.

Thank you in advance.

I think it is a xp issue as it only happens on single client. You may post it
in Windows XP newsgroup.
