I expect one of the best things about Vista SP1 and RSAT will be group
policy preferences. I haven't implemented this yet, but I plan to in the
near future. I expect preferences to take a lot of the work out of
deploying desktops, if nothing else.
Of my three primary computers, two are Vista and one XP Pro. I love them
all. I don't see Vista as a compelling upgrade for existing hardware such
as my XP laptop, but it does have a lot of little features I really like.
SP1 seems to have cleared up the most annoying issues.
