I would like to disable any traffic for computers that's not part of the

Sorry, not enough info to go on. If you mean Internet traffic, you need ISA
or similar. If you're not using SBS then you're in the wrong newsgroup,
note.

Are you asking about SBS 2003? Or a multi domain forest of 1000's of
systems?

In either case:

Fill up the unused ports on the switch with plastic wood and disconnect from
the internet.

and/or

Do not allow users to share credentials, and keep all unauthorized devices
out of the office.

and/or

Get a true hardware firewall that forces authentication before external
users can pass through to your server.
