Answered very well and I am happy to attempt this, question is once I have
promoted the 2003 server to DC etc can I then create a Trust between that
domain and our corporate Domain?

Hello Tom,

Thank you for your post.
My name is Gary Wang, and it is my pleasure to work with you on this issue!
Please allow me to confirm that my understandings are correct. As I
understand it, the issue is:

You want to know if it is possible to create trust between SBS domain and
corporate domain.

If I have misunderstood your concerns please feel free to let me know.

Suggestion :
==============
The answer is No. Because Trust is not supported in SBS environment. You
may like to refer to the following link for more information:

I look forward to your reply. Also, if you have any questions or concerns,
please do not hesitate to let me know. I am happy to help. :-)

Thank you for your time and cooperation!
