Hello folks,
Lanwench had suggested I check this product out a while back and I
am finally getting around to it. I've got the program loaded on the
server and deployed to 4 machines for testing purposes.

However it does not seem that the server has any real time virus
protection on it? I do not see an icon in the task bar like I do on
the client machines.

Am I missing something here or is the server automatically
protected?

is a link right there to install the agent on the server

Chris,
I saw that. But I wasn't sure about it so I figured I'd ask.

I've got some config questions regarding this, but am wondering if I
should make another topic about it since this one is officially
'solved'.

Oh man.

Loaded it up and all my network shares went away. Event ID 2011 out
the wazoo.

Got that resolved. Weak.

Ryan,

By any chance are you trying to load CSM via a remote desktop connection?

If so, completely remove the product, reboot, and reinstall the product via
the local keyboard/mouse/monitor. You CANNOT install the server protection
via remote desktop, it should bark at you if you do try.
