I recently installed SBS 2003 standard on a new server. I
have a mirrored drive set partitioned to a C of 10Gig and
a D of 140 Gig. I thought I had installed exchange on the
D drive. However, when I went back and checked it was on
the C drive. Is there any way to change the drive without
too much pain or having to reload the server?

check out this link to a Microsoft document:

But .... your experience is again an example of why we suggest that if this
is your SBS server you have installed, you should plan on installing SBS
three (3) times!
- once to go thru the motions and find out what's being asked of you
- once to do it again and take detail notes of what you do
- and once more to verify that your notes are correct.

In between each of those attempts, you should ask all the questions you can
come up with here in the NG!
