Yes you can set it up for not to use offline files
But I'm thinking it's an Issue with Outlook?
do you have Outlook in Non Cached mode?
(It may be getting confused)

The reason is before I upgraded my wifi Router I sometimes lost Wifi
Connections at my house when I was in my backyard on my deck.
And there is no issue with offline files (it just try's to sync again)
Also Outlook 2003 and now Outlook 2007 has no issue and I'm cached mode
(Outlook 2007 is actually better because it retry's connecting to the
server.)

I'm taking a stab at the Cached mode because I can't see offline causing
this.
(of course LAN doesn't like offline files at all, I've just never seen the
issues she's seen.)

Maybe LanWench will tell you different??? :)

sorry for the delay. It is set to cached mode. I think the card has gone
bad I put in a cheap USB adapter with lower signal streanth it is more
stable and recoves after going off line.
