Our SBS box crashed last week and while I thought all was well after
hours and hours of recovery, I am still experiencing problems. The
latest problem is with Exchange. I was noticing that I would get
regular email notifications (the pop up) and then when I would look
for the mail, it was gone. At first, I thought nothing of it and that
I was losing it. But I kept seeing it happen. I finally logged in to
the Remote Web Workplace and the emails I was missing are there, but
not in my Outlook on my PC. It makes no sense!!! I don't get any
errors at all when sending/receiving emails using Outlook.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds to me as if your local cached version of your mailbox is
corrupt. Go to your account settings and disable the cached mode and
restart outllook. if the mails show up now, this was the problem.
you can now re-enable cached mode. Good luck!

The funny thing was I did that and it worked, but I never realized it.
I just caught it when I was reading the post and said to myself that I
played with the cache settings a few minutes ago.

Thanks for the quick response.

Brian.
