I have setup a SBS 2003 server in its own domain and want to add a W2K
server to that domain. Do I just add the W2K server under 'Client
Computers' or do I need to add it under 'Server Computers?' This server is
just a member server. I don't need to administer it from the SBS server.

Thanks,

John

You'd add it under Server Computers, but the procedure is exactly the same
as adding a client PC (run the wizard on the SBS, then /connectcomputer on
the member server). Aside from the fact that if you do it under Client,
/connectcomputer probably won't work, doing it under Servers will ensure it
gets put into the correct OU in AD.

Thanks for the response. I started to go through the setup for adding a
Server Computer, but I wasn't sure how to answer the IP address screen. The
server has a hard coded IP address and when I entered that address, the
wizard told me that it already exists, which it does.

What should I use for an IP address in this screen?

Thanks again,

John
